considering the location. Our room had 4 windows in the corner of the

very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. Also it's one floor of a building so it feels like you are staying

The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was
so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so
much to the staff ! The hotel is in a great location close to The
Vatican and to the Historico Centro and the beautiful Piazza Navona .The
room was lovely and most importantly the bed was comfortable. I spent

The location of DAB B&B is very good as its not far from Rome Termini station. The owner is a very friendly man who would like to help by all means. The rooms are big to easily accommodate 2 people and the bed is really comfortable. The hygienic conditions are pretty good with respect to the bathroom. -

The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the
Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good
restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the
museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent

The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all
the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2
minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at
the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip
something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and
cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was
great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are
