Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome.
The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient.

Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel.
Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
I would definately recommend this hotel!

We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. The bathroom is separated from the room, but it's just across the corridor, with everything you need. The breakfast was served in the dining room, with plenty of things to choose and the fridge full

We arrived late and the owners were fine for us to check in late. They
were both very friendly and gave us lots of info and the best ways to
get around. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman
forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who
would prefer not to walk. On the day we left we were allowed to keep
our keys until 3 so that we could leave our bags in the room. Breakfast

The location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe at night, restaurants, shops, and the best gelateria just in front of the hotel. Maria was a super nice host. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. -

Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is
very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee
and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We
had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get
to station.

Almost everything! The owner- Alessandro was very helpful and nice, creating friendly atmosphere! Very cosy rooms daintily decorated. Perfect location for this money- just a few steps from Aurelia subway station. And thanks to the directions given by Alessandro it is very easy to find. Good breakfast (the cake made by Sabrina was very-very tasty!

Alessandro is great and I think he is the main difference compared with other B&B . He has been trained and worked in big hotel chains. He knows what traveller wants and he has passion with his B&B, which is different with other hotel employees. I wish he could keep this passion!
The B&B is very clean and quiet, big room, nice bath room, similar as general 4 star hotel. Very nice free espresso, tee, and the home made cake.

Tout simplement extra ordinaire!L accueil, la gentilesse et l efficacite de Marta et de Fernando, les chambres luxueuses, la petite tasse de cafe offerte a l arrivee et l apres midi apres avoir marche pendant des heures, les petits restos conseilles et excellentes, bref rien a redire sinon un grand bravo! Hôtel incontournable : atmosphère chaleureuse avec une propriétaire aux petits soins pour ses hôtes ,décoration d'un goût parfait, situation idéale, chambres magnifiques incomparablement propres et calmes.
A recommander absolument.
