Very nice building, originating 1680, which is well renovated whereby a lot of the original details remained in tact. (e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious.
The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest.
The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request.

The staff were extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and assisting, especially towards our three young children. Residence Domaso was a complete hit with us. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic!
The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail. The pool and spa area was great and I thought the old part of Domaso was beaut

General all round cleanliness of the accommodation and facilities including bedroom, grounds, and an immaculately clean pool and poolside!
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Rita who was generous enough to take us to the hospital and translate in an emergency. This was very much appreciated.

Domaso is cosy, tranquil and picturesque village on lake Como ! Residence Geranio is best place for families with children. Our room was equipped with little kitchen and we could take our breakfast in the green yard. The supermarket is just 3 minutes away. Beach is 5 minutes. Marina, yacht school and windsurf stations close by the Residence. The old center and ferry station is not far away. Perfect location and good value for money

is a very quiet town, but so well located. An hour to the heart of the
Swiss alps. A nice ferry ride to Como, but best of all, a great place to
enjoy walks in the local country side, villages and mountains. (You will
need a small car to get to many walk starts). -

For a budget accomodation around lake Como this is excellent! The rather small but sufficient apartment seemed recently updated (tiles in bathroom, window/door to the patio) and the sheets and towels were of good quaility and new (although you do have to put the sheets on yourself). The place was just right for a three day stay ... could easily go around Lake Como by car and ferry ... and even get a trip to St Moritz by panoramic train from Tirano ... also, the pool was just enjoyable for all !

La propriétaire Brunella est adorable et parle bien le français.
L'appartement était grand, bien agencé et propre. Il se situe dans
une rue calme et le parking gratuit est proche. On a pu profité de la
plage en bord du lac, des restaurants, cafés et glaciers et partir
visiter les coins plus touristique du lac de Côme facilement en voiture
(possiblité de prendre le bateau au départ de Domaso). En plus le soleil
était de la partie donc tout fût parfait.

perfect combination of a campings cosiness and an apartements luxury. the business is family owned and that shows in everything. the place is taken care of with love and therefore looks outstanding. the owners are very friendly and helpful and speak their english well.
