Cet endroit est charmant, les chambres propres et agréables, le petit déjeuner est magnifique avec beaucoup de choix et les gâteaux maison de Stefania, un délice, voyage en Sicile garanti !!! A lovely old palazzo in the heart of Modica, technically a B&B but feels like a small hotel. A very different place to stay, full of character but skilfully adapted by the owners to provide modern facilities whilst retaining the charm and heritage of a terrific old building. And a cracking, and very reasonably priced, little osteria fifty metres across the road. Lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful owners who made us feel very much at home. A really nice, and unusual, place to stay.

The B&B is owned by a couple in their 50s and they are really nice, rady to give any information, but discrete at the same time. We were very happy and would certainly come back and suggest the place to our friends.
The rooms do really look as in the pictures, very clean, very quiet and with airco.

Pretty much everything. Some people may not have liked it's distance from the attractions of Modica but for us that was a plus as it meant we could find parking easily and get around on foot or public transport without the hassles of driving on the roads of hell that is Sicily. -

The place amazes you with baroque in every detail.
The place that they recommend for dinner is not far and serves very nice local food which is worth of trying.
WiFi in hotel was fine, good breakfast. They make coffee, tee or eggs but you have to ask for it.
We really liked the place and we would have enjoyed it more when staying without kids. -

Our room was large and elegant, the location for visiting the area was great, the breakfest was good and the price for value was very good. What stands out for us however was the friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Lorenzo Falco was extremely helpful and made the stay special.
