  The staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic. We had a small problem with a key, and they were eager to sort it out very quickly. The rooms are airy and comfortable (we stayed in 2 different ones on separate nights), and we were given a quiet one at the back when we asked for one. It has a private parking shared with the rest of the gated community which seemed to be safe. The guesthouse has a lift as well and it was very good considering the cheap price we payed. Wifi was also available, italian breakfast in room and with a balcony for the street view. Very worth it if you're not looking for luxury but the basics you need

Not far from the bus to the airport but the taxi is only 20 Euro and is just a 15 minute ride (bus #437 will take you to and from a stop near the Duomo but then about another 10 min. Walk). After 11 pm, totally quiet. Safe and secure - What we like the most was the excellent customer service provided by Giuseppe. He was willing to help and always with a smile. The breakfast so good and the location close to the tourist information office, The Duomo, Via Etna and most of the interesting places in town. Bravo Giuseppe !!!!!

Everyone had an open access to the kitchen which was combined with dinning room, where cakes, coffee, tea, juice, water and other things were available at any time of the day. My room had an external bathroom, which wasn´t a problem, since it was just 3 steps from my room. Excellent place an - Hotel is absolutely fantastic. you can realy feel like home. Big rooms, all day acces to the kitchen, clean. It is in the center so it is noisy from the street but after dinner its becoming quiet. You have 5 minutes to main road and restaurants. The street market with fresh fruits, chees, seafoodis round the corner. Staff is unbelivebly friendly and it was the best hoteli have ever been. Feels like home!
