Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio. The dinner that we ate at the restaurant was excellent with wonderful service. -

The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. It is in a perfect location between cita Alta and cita bassa, both easily reach walking. You have everything you need in the apartment and it has nice furniture. Laura is wonderful and very helpful. If you need something she well try to find it for you. We have stayed in Agriturismo establishments twice now, and it is a fantastic concept - cross between B+B and a full-on hotel, situated in beautiful surroundings all with a Mama Mia touch.
The food, prepared mainly from local ingredients - a Agriturismo requirement - is to die for, and the view fantastic. -

Tout était parfait, particulièrement au niveau de l'accueil -
It's a family-run business. They are very friendly and nice. The
room and the toilet are very nice, spacious and clean. The bed was
comfortable. They also have a restaurant in the same building with
fantastic food! I strongly recommend it, and if you have to catch a

the airport which is cheaper than taxis! So they did have everything my
sister and I were looking for. -
Great place with super friendly staff and quite cheap compared to
similar in that area. They have great restaurant in the same building.
Also it's located close to the airport, I used regular taxi when I
arrived but it was scam and they charged me 25eur because of large bike
bag I had. Going back hotel staff provided me with transfer bus which
was only 10eur for same route to aeroport.
