Great location is New Delhi with easy access to southern sites. Very attentive staff, modern clean rooms and good included breakfast. Room service meals are tasty and a good value. Perfect Taxi Service, available outside the hotel, has knowledgeable and fairly priced drivers for tours in and outside Delhi. I highly recommend this hotel.

We requested a bigger room and we were kindly given one - thanks to the very nice, cheerful and helpful lady who was at the front desk. There was also this guy at the front desk when we checked in and he was pretty grumpy looking and it seems like he's doing us a favour whenever we ask questions. We never saw him smile and we have no idea why this guy was in the front desk at all! We're so glad to not see him the next day - there was another person stationed at the front desk and he's heaps helpful and nice. Breakfast was good and they even let us have an early breakfast as we were leaving at 6am after our 2nights stay. We also found a great place to eat just around the corner -it's a cake shop + eatery. The sweets were super yummy, request for a taste test before buying - they were very obliging. Don't think 2x...this is a good hotel, and nice neighbourhood.

We had a nice and modern room. The included breakfast was very tasty, thank you! On the roof of the hotel there was a shared balcony with a city views and tables - very nice place to be when the day is over) Staff was really helpful, responsive and kind. Right in the front of the hotel we've met Shiva from perfecttaxiservice.com, who showed us most of city attractions - temples, parks, restaurants, market places. He took us to Arga, so that we could see Taj Mahal. He was a great guide for us, and by the way he has a great helpful friends, so I recomend these guys to anyone who came to Dehli to watch the city!
