Had to order medicines for my son at 2 in the morning and the ever helpful staff picked it up from the chemist and delivered it to my room.   All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants.
