The hotel is lovely from the outside, and has a great feel as you walk in. It's open clean and pleasant. The staff are very organized and friendly. Check in was easy and efficient. Location is fantastic! Beach, shops and restaurants right around the corner! The staff was super! The lady in the reception was always helpful and did everything with a big smile on her face! The lobby bar was super, as well as the bartender! Rooms are big and clean, free air condition.Very good breakfast! We stayed there in October, so it was quiet, but I would think that in June-August it will be quite noisy, because the "Bar Street" is just around the corner.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They spoke a lot of languages and seemed interested in all their visitors. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff was incredibly friendly. The showers were big for European
showers. They had a shower head that was able to be fixed above your
head - not true of the other two hotels on our trip. The pool was large.
They had a reasonable sized elevator for luggage and two people. We had
a great view from our 3rd floor room of the Aegean sea. They have a bank
for exchanging other currencies to Euros with reasonable rates. It was
within walking distance to the Medieval City of Rhodes.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is near main walking street and in a close proximity of many bars and restaurants in the city center, but it is just far enough so that you are not disturbed by noise during the night.

Good Clean double Rooms with adequate barhroom facilities.Excellent value for money ,close to the main thoroughfare.Friendly staff . the only issue was that the Pool was surrounded by tall trees which should be reduced in size to say12feet thus giving you privacy but not too tall as to stop the sun getting in!!!

The location is good.very near the beach,15 minutes to the castle and there are good restaurants(touristic) around. The hotel is clean, there are toiletries and a working hair dryer.breakfast in the garden, friendly staff -
Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great, good variety of hot-eggs scrambled and fried,bacon,sausages,mushrooms and cold food-cereals,meat,cheese,excellent jam,oh loads of things.
Rooms were large,warm and beds comfortable.

The hotel was extremely cheap, and came with amazing amenities for the price. The pool was fantastic, as was the poolside restaurant. It was good food at good prices. We didn't try the restaurant inside the hotel building. There was also mini-mart in the hotel that was very convenient.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
