Would recommend this hotel. Eva, the hostess is a wonderfully friendly and helpful person. We didn't arrive until midnight, she left us a welcome note and instructions about the key. She went so far as to make us a take-away breakfast when we had to leave to catch the midnight ferry. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is meticulously clean, and the beds are the softest I've experienced in Greece so far. The pool area is as good as any luxury hotel, and the outdoor gardens are lovely.

Location is the best, looking over to promenade and beach. Bus station is very close. Internet is working very good, air condition also very good. A lot of life all over the day/night (restaurants, shops). Very nice owner and staff, especially Emmanuella!!

Kamari is just next to the airport, so you can spot the descending planes from you bedroom window. Nice, but noizy. -

Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating. View was awesome. Restaurant was definitely worth visiting for a gourmet dinner overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast selections were vast and very tasty. Would stay here again. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.

The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.

I am so happy I chosen this hotel, this is a very good hotel because of the very friendly,very kind and very generous boss and staff. Our flight arrived at 4am which makes us afraid of being homeless before check in, but the boss left the room keys and a welcom message in the reception with no extra charge. What's more, the kind boss drive us to the airport for free when we are leaving. The food and drinks are cheaper than other nearby resturant. The clean and spacious rooms are very comfortabl

We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and it was the perfect location! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, loved every second! The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind. I truly recommend this hotel, and hope to come back there soon!!

Perfect location, it is remote so no one will bother and at the same
time you are close to tourist sights in the cities of Oia and
Imerovigli. (You can walk there and enjoy the views, takes 50-60 minutes
both directions)

John! The hotel manager is one amazing gentleman!! There was a slight
problem in the room we booked that needed a nights work, he personally
came to pick us up from the airport, explained the situation and
arranged for that night stay at another beautiful hotel. We were
