  We are a family of four with a 4 and a 7 year old. The hotel was easy to find, excellent location to walk to the centre, easy parking and great value for money. We had a two bedroom suite and we only paid EUR55 which was superb. Our sheets and towels were cleaned and changed, the family w - We had the studio at 2nd floor, but there is an elevator avaible. You can take the elevator directly from the "0" floor where is a covered parking. The hotel is fabulous, with clean rooms, clean kitchinette and bathroom. There is enouth space in the room and more on the balcony where you can relax or eat. The building has exelleny finishes with great taste regarding the dcorations.   Owner/operator, who speaks English well, is priceless, and if I owned a hotel I would hire her immediately. The apartment was spotless and in new condition, being only 3-4 years old from when it was built. Free parking almost at the front door was a great benefit. After 2 weeks and 5 other hotels so far in Greece, Hotel Viana is # 1 and a great value. - A modern hotel, fine rooms, very well equipped. Strong wi-fi signal. Friendly staff, very nice landlady who speaks excellent english. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, there's a supermarket nearby and a taverna with great greek food.

Within 15 days we stayed here, we travelled around almost all Evia (except the northern end), three times were to Athens and even visited Meteora monasteries 320 km away.   Nous avons séjourné 3 jours du 14 au 17 octobre 2013.La maison est récente et bien équipée, notre studio n° 102 fait 50m2, possède une grande salle de douche avec wc, la chambre est vaste et très lumineuse, grâce au balcon qui donne sur la baie de Agia Apostoli.
