We enjoyed our staying in Porto Palio this January. Although it was wintertime, the crew was very careful, lovely and friendly. Helped us a lot. By the way its location is wonderful! You feel like you wake up with your feet in the water! Thank you for everything Porto Palio! -

Everything was clean and tidy. The owners were friendly and helpful. They couldn't, have done enough for us. Go to stay here and you would not be disappointed. -

I'd like to give special thanks to the people working in Villa Nickolas for being very kind, polite and very helpful. It was them who made our stay extra pleasant. Also the location is quite nice - you just basicly cross the road and you're at the beach. And when hungry there are tavernas nearby offering delicious food.

The location was great,very close to the port and main shopping area and also to the beach.I also like that it had a private parking.Even though it is located between 2 noisy streets,when you shut the windows it gets very quiet inside and you have no problems sleeping.There is also a big supermarket just on the other side of the street. -

Had a room with a balcony overlooking the seafront which was a bonus. Otherwise the room was more than adequate for our 2 night stay. Albeit that the room is rather outdated.
Buffet breakfast was enormous; and underground car parking was another plus.
Rooftop restaurant also afforded great views of the town.
All in all great value for money. -

This hotel is about 1.5km or a 20 minute walk from the shore and high on a hill with a -fabulous- view. (We had a "superior" sea-view room, which also featured a nice balcony.) The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, several times showing us how to get places on the map or giving recommendations for things to see/do/places to eat.

The location is very convenient for people with a car. The front desk was very friendly. They offer a pillow menu for a good nights sleep and they clean the rooms two times a day. The roof garden has the best view in Kavala and at night, turns into an amazing place to dine or have a drink. I would definately stay at this hotel again if had to visit Kavala again.
