The very best choice!
This is the second time we stayed here and we recommend it as we wrote last year.
The hotel is very comfortable, clean and quiet. We attached a photo and recommend reading our last year comments. The village is located near the best beaches for swimming and this hotel is the most suitable for nice summer vacations.

Very friendly and helpful owner family (despite language difficulties). Rooms are basic, but clean. Lovely breakfast with self-made cakes, pastries etc. - changing every day.

Very spacious room at the new top floor. Spotless clean. Fireplace in the room, which is very nicely decorated and a beutiful balcony facing the forest. Also the location was perfect right at the center of Kissos vilage. I would definately recommend it. -

This guesthouse is new, the rooms are big, very comfortable and well decorated. Beautiful view of the sea is seen from the big windows. The whole place is very clean and has a nice colourfull garden. The owners are friendly and wellcoming. The breakfast is huge!!! and contains handmade traditional dishes.

The setting was beautiful,and the view from the room and balcony included lush gardens and the sea. The design of the spacious room was elegant and warm, and the hospitality, including a hot drink and home made treats upon arrival, and a scrumptious breakfast, was outstanding. I have stayed with my wife at the hotel for 8 nights. To be frank, everything was GREAT !!!. The staff is VERY friendly, everything is SUPER clean, lovely breakfast, perfect location and excellent free WiFi available. In one word: Paradise. Everything was absolutely delightful! The owner Dimitri and his daughter in law Katherine are so lovely, caring and friendly hosts. The hotel offers the best location and the most gorgeous view on the sea with beautiful sunrises! is post card perfect. We arrived 2 weeks before the season so we where
the only tourists in the town, so most restaurants where closed. The
owner made us a log fire in lounge. We stayed in Anesis Hotel and left

leave yourself at least an hour to travel by car over the mountain to
get to Volos. The drive is breathtaking. In winter the area turns into a
sk - We have spent two weeks, at Anesis Hotel along with our friends - 4 persons in all, mature couples and well traveled too. Everything was perfect, from the music pouring from the reception, to the wonderful cakes and bread freshly baked every morning by the owners. Milthos and his family are kind, educated and make the tourists feel at home.
If you want to go to Agios Ioannis, do not spend time in searching a hotel, just go to Anesis, and you will not regret!
