Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.

Chania, Palazzo Duca is perfect! It is a fancy place--beautiful, clean,
and polished. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Our hotel room was a palace! Very comfortable king size bed, sitting

chairs, a kitchenette in the room stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking
pans plus refrigerator. The bathroom was lovely with a heavenly large
shower.

We added the half-board option and were spoilt by the chef and restaurant crew. Excellent food with good variations of international cuisine and Greek specialties.
The hotel offers a cozy, familiar atmosphere. The location offers quick and easy acess to the major roads if you want to explore the Island by car. Easy to acess the City center of Chania by bus, taxi or car or just to take a walk along the beach.

The staff without exception could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade.
