  This is a family run business. The owners are very kind and helpful people. They picked us up from the port and dropped us off on our departure. The room was very clean, tile and marblw with wood on the celing, fridge and air condition. The owner is fluent in English and provided helpful info. Overall a great value. - It is a little bit out of town but still within walking distance of about 20mins to the old port. They met me at the port and dropped me off again which was great. Good wifi signal and very helpful with getting me acclimatized to the area. There is a market just next door. The room was comfortable.

  Everything- from location to facilities...the owner/receptionist Georgia was extremely helpful and very nice. She attended to everything promptly and helped us whenever needed. She was really a gem! The hotel was tastefully decorated too. Its a walking distance to the main streets, little venice and the windmills. Or you can ire bikes for about 22 euro for 24 hours. - As a solo woman traveller I felt very safe here and the fact that they picked me up at the airport and dropped me at the port when I left was a real bonus. Its a 5-10 min walk into the centre which was no problem at night as there were plenty of people around. The girl on reception spoke good english and was very helpful.

Giannis (the owner) made us feel more like being hosted by friends than staying in a hotel, and gave us lots of great tips and info on what to visit on the island. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the airp - This was my favorite part of my European vacation. Dimitra's mother picked us up from the ferry and gave us a small 'tour' on the way to the hotel.   Beautiful views, and so much outdoor space! Huge rooftop patio with great seating, along with many smaller patios and balconies throughout. We basically had a private patio and gorgeous balcony with lounge chairs to ourselves because it was right outside our room, but anyone could have used it. Breakfast was very good. We later stayed just down the street at Hotel Nazos and though they looked about the same online, Ibiscus was a much better experience (nicer fac - My room had a balcony with beautiful view of the harbor and windmills. The sunset view was breathtaking. The hotel had lovely terraces. The hotel is located 15-20 minute walking distance from the town center (uphill) but the view is worth it. The breakfast was very good. The cookies and cakes were especially decicious!! The hotel offered free transfer to and from the port which was very convenient.
