Enormous rooms that were clean and modern. It looked like it had just been finished - it was spotless.The staff were really friendly and helpful always willing to give suggestions and advice.

I really like our stay in in Adina Apartment. The room is very cozy & nice. The safety and facilities were great. And its very accessible from the train station which is few meters away we,10 mins walk only, bus station and the city trip bus. So i didn't regret that i stayed in that hotel.

The staff were exceptional, the rooms comfortable and well fitted out and large.

We were on the first floor above the garage door, next time I would ask for a higher floor.

Superb hotel: smart, modern, clean. Appartment has all home comforts. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Excellent restaurant.

The area around the hotel (between station and Bernauerstrasse, wher the best Wall memorial is) is being significantly regenerated -a bit messy at present, but will be very smart in the future.

The rooms were comfortable and stylish, with a lovely balcony we didn't expect. The bar and restaurant had a lovely, cosy atmosphere and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and it was a good value deal, couldn't have asked for much else.

The Wi-fi wasn't free and the breakfast (although excellent) was a touch pricey.

We liked the location, it was really close to transport links. The general ambience was good and the facilities were excellent.

We thought that a cheaper alterantive should be available for breakfast. 19euros for breakfast is quite a lot .When you are our age you do not eat as much as younger people might consume.

Great hotel! The concept of having appartments in a hotel is perfect. The rooms are fully equiped with every thing you need and more, the location is perfect and the spa is very much appreciated. I would advise to anyone who wants a cosy, design and budget friendly high quality hotel!!

Location was good in travel terms, in a developing hotel area, and walking distance to various key tourist locations (Reichstag etc.)

The area surrounding the hotel is a bit run-down at the moment because of nearby development. Not enough close by food and beverage places yet.

We loved the space in the 2 bedroom apartment and the lounge dining area. Having a laundry was fantatstic and a tv in every bedroom was great! Location was good too, 10 minute walk to main train station.

Within walking distance to Berlin train station and a lot of sight seeing spots. We walked everywhere. Loved the fact that the hotel chain is Australian and Australian food and wines on dinner menu. Nice surprise. Staff very helpful and friendly.

An English speaking tv channel that wasn't a news channel. Only so much you can take about William and Kate's baby. Only channels available were movie ones you had to pay for and at 10 euro each that is a bit exorbitant.

The hotel was excellently positioned. It was clean and the staff were welcoming. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen area within the room was good. It was a model and wel equipped hotel.

The charge for parking I feel was excess. We were only at the premises some nine hours but was charged the full day rate.

Having a pool was great-locker room with lots of towels and robes. The location was very convenient to the main train station, and also good walking distance to many sights.

It's in East Berlin, which is badly torn up, But you can ignore the construction. Also, if you want to walk out the door to a wide choice of restaurants, this place is not for you-the area near the zoo is better for that, but took us only 14 minutes to get there via the local bus & S-Bahn

The room was very spacious, it was clean and the decor was modern and stylish. It was also quiet with no disturbances. The pool/sauna area was a great place to relax. Stocked up with towels, clean changing rooms and we had the pool all to ourselves. The staff at the front desk were helpful

No wifi was a let down. All of our other hotels had free wifi and here we had to pay €3.50 for 1 hour. It is a basic necessity in this day and age and would have made things easier getting around Berlin.

Staying in an apartment was much more spacious than staying in many European hotel rooms. The apartment was modern and made a good use of space. Charges for the minibar and phone, domestic and international, were far more reasonable than at other hotels we stayed with in Germany.

We had a few problems with the house-keeping: a stray dirty towel on our floor that must have fallen out of a cleaning cart, an extra open bottle of complementary body lotion left in our bathroom. The apartment looked clean, but several little things made us nervous about the cleanliness. The air conditioning was much weaker than we expected.

We liked the appartment idea. The rooms were well laid out, the facilities excellent. The staff were very helpful as were the Berliners in general. Would recommend the hotel and may well try others in the chain, the one in Hamburg for instance.

No ones fault, but Berlin is in the middle of major work on buildings and infrastructure. The building work starts at 7.00am and it's everywhere.
