web to find a place to end two weeks of blissful train, plane, and
cruise travel from Nashville, tn to Dusseldorf, Brussels, Italy, and
Greece. We wanted to re-experience the Germany we love, but had not seen
for many years. We wanted a guest house atmosphere rather than a hot

Personnel friendliness and real customer service. Eventhough did not use
Minibar but beverages and snacks were free of charge. This is very
important either if you arrive late in evening and want to have some
refreshments. Or just want to work with small snack and beverages at
your disposal with ripping off prices at most hotels.

I had to stay one night stop-over flight, so when I booked this room it
was because the free Transfer service from/to airport not so common
in this town, was just 5 minutes away from Terminal 3. excellent option

A manager was so kind that met us at the U-station and brought to the hotel.
He also provided transportation to the airport.
Very benevolent staff, nice garden, clean comfortable room, good breakfast served by a charming lady, etc.

The setting of this Hotel is fantastic, the gardens sweep down to the Rhein and yet you are still in the city. Beautiful quiet area. Considering that I had booked for the wrong day, the owner went out of their way to accomodate me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There are some great restaurants along the Rhein and within walking distance. Everything about this Hotel is a YES!
