A very pleasant hotel overlooking the Plage de Carnolès to the east of
Cap-Martin and very close to Menton. The design is simple and pleasant,
making use of plain, open reception areas in a way that makes them feel

Staff was helpful I'm helping us make dinner reservations. AC worked fine unlike other places we stayed on same trip. Food nearby was excellent (Fellini's & Cocody Sur right on beach where you can also rent chairs w cushions). Great bakery w croissants around corner to the left when facing the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Having the car secure in the hotel building.
A very decent breakfast. No charge for our little dog. As we arrived in
our next hotel in Marseilles we received a polite email from the
Alexandra to sat that we had left a bag behind and they kindly agreed to
send it to our home. Lovely people! -

The friendliness of all staff members who wore the sunshine on their
smile when it was not visible outside. A most comfortable little room
with a superb view. Convenient bus lines directly from Nice airport, and
also connecting for just 1 euro to Menton, Monaco and Nice city centers.

Superb personal welcome and service throughout our stay. Unbeatable
view over Monaco and the bay beyond. Very comfortable bed. Excellent
food. Also the closest distance between parking our car and our room
we have ever experienced, since their parking space is immediately
outside the front door and our room was 3m inside. You could not get
closer

It was a little pricy, but you get everything you pay for......and that is a good thing. It is a wonderful place and Patricia, her sister Marine and the entire staff could not have been more accommodating. It only has 6 rooms and offers extremely private dining with the utmost personal of touches.

Very attractive building, unlike all the other concrete blocks. This has character. Nice view. Very friendly people. Easy access to Monaco (Monaco Yacht Show my reason for going), Menton, Italy, with train nearby (very good value).
Although there's not much choice in nearby restaurants they were all good (The Piccadilly especially so).

Plages bus stop with direct service on 110 to Nice Airport right
outside. Directly on the beach with great views and sound of surf.
Furnishings modest, but functional. Reasonable rates compared to chain

Amasing view to the sea & coast, beautiful nature around: mountains with wonderful plant life, unforgettable "promenad" along the sea. Perfect location for to travel along the Cote d'azur by bus or by car. Good equipment kitchen. We had spacious panoramic terrace with table, it was very romantic to have a meal (ap.10)
