Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  Nous avons été accueillis de façon extrèmement sympathique par Yan, nous recommendons l'appartement qui est confortable et très spacieux. Le calme règne. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et très copieux. C'était un excellent séjour à la pension Karnet. - L'extreme amabilité de l'accueil, le service, le dîner (grillades sur terrasse).

  I was pretty amazed, honestly. The hostel is designed and furnitured very tastefully, the staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. I also liked the breakfast (there are mixed eggs and dough prepared so you can make yourself fresh scrambled eggs or pancakes), music in the bar (the rolling stones while having a breakfast?), book exchange shelf and ... ce que les gens disent » waste separation. I will definitely recommend this place to all friends travelling to Prague from now on. - Great, helpful, friendly staff. Very cool old building with character and nice, wood antique furnishings. I stayed in a private room and it was spacious but also cosy. The hostel is to far from the city centre for walking but Prague has a great transit system so you just walk a 100m down the road and you have lots of options of trams.
