Excellent personnel, everyone seems really happy, great service skills, especially in the restaurant, lets don't forget the excellent food, compliments to the chef and the servers! Rooms are very spacey and newly furnished. Key point was the location, it just can't be better! Great athmosphere around the pool, thanks to the staff working there!

The Nessebar Royal Palace is very pleasant local hotel well situated in the old town. The hotel is well kept and furnished to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the historic sites is excellent.

Nice room, 8 with sea view, 8 with parking view; also underground parking and both of them safety.
Close location also to other restaurants; 5-10 minutes by car to Nessebar.

It is a nice place, close to the sea and beach, very convenient for its facilities -restaurant and shop, rent-a-car and interesting excursions, also it has nice children palygrounds and pools. The staff is very helpful and the appartment is nice nad clean. I had a really nice stay.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. Quite and pleasant atmosphere, not crowded as on Sunny Beach resort. Great pool, few steps on the stairs to the beach. Great beach: no rocks, not too deep for younger kids to play in the water. 5 min walk to the old town of Nessebar, which was our goal destination. -
