I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. In regards to our breakfast- lots to choose from: English breakfas

We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff.
The design of the rooms is very modern.
We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.
We had a problem with the terrace door it didn't close properly so the first day was a bit cold, but a

I like rooms, they were big and comfortable... Beds were perfect. Breakfast was very good. Service was fine. Everybody was polite... It was very near to Gondola and center of Bansko. Perfect for a ski hotel. -

due to the poor weather conditions i stayed two days inside the hotel and by the way i succeed to relax myself - friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken.
