I dont know what was wrong with water and was it on purpose,but there is no HOT water in all hotel!!!! In room water is very softly hot,i would say worm then hot. This was the biggest problem as when i wanted to make a shower ,it was all the time cold . Also heating in hotel was not on 4*level. Breakfast room was always cold and other rooms were cold also.

Different Rooms, our Studio had 30cm tv, the other studio had 72cm tv. Hair dryer missing.

I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. In regards to our breakfast- lots to choose from: English breakfast, Bulgarian breakfast, banica, mekici, white cheese, cheddar, salaams, some veggies and fruits etc. I was very satisfied with everything and did not hesitate to recommend the hotel to someone on the street, who asked me for a nice hotel in Bansko.

What an amazing location - sitting in the beautiful gardens looking up at the snow capped mountains was pure bliss! Smiley faces from all the staff just made the short stay perfect!

Everything was wonderful. I would particularly praise the receptionist, who greeted us late in the evening - he was smiling, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are spacious, bright and warm, and layout of the apartment is excellent. The view from any room is stunning. Bravo!!!
The only objections that I have, refers to coffee, ie coffee machine at breakfast and the lack of direct access to the spa area from the apartments, without passing through the reception.
The whole experience at st.Goerge palace is wonderfull.The staff is exrtemly polite and helpfull (they never say NO).The rooms and the facilities are extraordinary.The food is great also. All in all perfect.
We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception. We had a problem with the terrace door it didn't close properly so the first day was a bit cold, but as soon as we complained they immediately fix the problem, and even offered us a different room
It was colder in the halls which is inconvenient when you go to the spa with bathrobes
St. George Palace is one of the best hotels I have visited in Bulgaria,everything was perfect, especially staff! They were very kind and friendly, always answered on every our request in a minute. Nice,large room with amazing view; all spa facilities without extra charge

8am breakfast is way too late, gondola opens at 8am and if not there by 8.15am the queues are massive Lack of amenities in our room- no washing machine, kettle or pans Only 2 English TV channels- CNN and Sky News
The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was nice, worth for the money. It is in a very nice area in the mountains

Only negative was no internet acces at rooms and no reception phone at the rooms.

WiFi signal was poor, inside of room was unusable. some rooms are without balcony, we had to change the room. have in mind that if you are in Bansko , out of winter season, most of the facilites / magazines are closed
