Very friendly staff. Nice swimming pool, placed on the beach, good meals, excellent position, the location is on the beach. It is clean,and the food and the drinks are very good. -

The location is absolutely fantastic! Right by the beach and very close to local amenities. The 3 swimming pools, music, shows and animators for both adults and kids are amazing! Rooms and beds are large, plenty of space especially if you have kids. A variety of food, although not very healthy for kids. Good value for money though. -

Great food, great location, polite staff, great for family with children
as it is gated resort and it is wheelchair accessible. I was able to
take my dog with me for a reasonable price. -

The hotel was clean,in a very good location,the beach was excellent. The food was nice, it was great to have bottled mineral water available to all inclusive guests. We had a choice for two meals at a-la carte restaurants in Albena which was nice. -

The staff is very helpful;
The beach starts at the back door of the hotel (the sea is just 10 meteres away);
There is a very energic team of animators that take excellent care of children and adults;
Food is excellent (particularly fresh fruits);
This is a real three stars hotel (in Paris a similar one would be a four stars). -

The only thing we liked was Albena beach- fine and fairly clean sand, the resort is quiet and ideal for families with children but Ralitsa's not worth the money.

La taille de la chambre - The hotel is new and gave a verry pleasent sensation. - Nice rooms with lot of space and everything was working well. Nice pool and short walk to restaurants, shops,... and about 200m to beach. There is also big Bulgarian restaurant looks like from komunist age but with nice atmosphere and good rakija.
