De plus le cadre est magnifique : verdoyant et calme avec de grandes baies vitrées dans l ' appartement donnant sur leur jardin.Près de grandes villes ( en voiture ) , cela ouvre de grandes possibilités de visites , shopping . . .   This is the best B&B we have ever stayed in! Super clean everywhere, huge room, huge bed, amazing shower and very cool sink! Jorgen was very welcoming and friendly and also very helpful during our stay. Breakfast was delicious each morning with a selection of different food. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!   I'm normally sceptical about ratings from other people & this place has a very high score - but I agree with the majority. The owner, Michel, has set up the place with a simple and elegant balance between medieval & contemporary - very nice . . . and very clean! The breakfast was fresh & tasty with a couple of unique elements. Michel - This B&B is really exceptional. The house is four hundred years old but has been lovingly restored by Michel, the owner, and is now very comfortable indeed with a great bed. The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest.   Ann and Guy were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The suite was not only very comfortable but tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good. We were two adults and three children (2,5,8). The accommodations were excellent the hospitality was very good and breakfast was great. We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun. As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.

They are justifiably very proud of their town and eagerly share their knowledge and love of it. Rooms are clean, tidy and modern with all the facilities fully working. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast - very good choice of foods. Easy to park, free and off road. Tea, coffee and water freely available all day and beer, wine and soft drinks at cheap prices. Highly recommended by us and we will stay there again.
