  We liked the free canoeing and the lovely waterway surrounding the grounds. We also liked the free use of tennis courts and equipment provided. - The little lake outside our room was really lovely and the rooms were very quiet.

  My daughter & I stayed there whilst she was on work experience at the Halls Gap Zoo. From the instant we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. We were so well looked after! Our privacy was well respected while still being made aware that we had help on hand should we need it. Can not say enough good about our stay. Excellent prices. Loved it! - The Motel room was very clean and comfy. Matresses seemed to be new, toiletries were there and facilities were fine. The couple who run it truly made an effort to make us feel at home, brininging clean towels when we returned from the Grampians the second night and providing lots of dvd's to choose from. It's just behind the road to Halls Gap making it a 10 minute drive only. -

  Family run motel, the elderly owners were very friendly and offered fresh milk for our tea upon arrival. Room was spacious, had a microwave which is always a good thing, and a new sink in the bathroom. Our room was a little out of style (to our taste), but it kind of fits perfectly with the old goldmining town atmosphere of Stawell, and old motels... ce que les gens disent » like this one help you travel backwards in time in your mind. Plus the price was really fair. Would come back anytime - Cheerful and friendly staff, large and comfortable room with all the conveniences for preparing a hearty breakfast. The first motel/hotel in the class that we have stayed in that provides a microwave oven.

  Location to the venue was good. Didn't use the restaurant at all, spoke to the owner a few times, Dave was well mannered at all times. If I return to Stawell, I will book again, I think. Thanks Dave. - Friendly Manager and warm with privacy and no noise from adjacent Units.
