When we arrived I asked if twin beds were booked. She said queen and
divan . I thought that was a bit rich having to stay on divan. I had
told my friend I usually stay at Mooloolaba as the screen showed the
one at Mooloolaba. She then said they could make king into twin. We

great stay. -
I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not
too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or
we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small
supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views
without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the
apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The beds were probably the most comfortable we had slept in over the 5
weeks we were away. The staff were very friendly and the manager went
out of his way to help solve an issue I had with my myki card. He was
also a valuable source of information on what to do in Melbourne

J'ai eu l'impression de rentrer dans un petit appart. L'espace est appréciable, mais aussi la possibilité de pouvoir cuisiner si on ne veut pas aller toujours au resto. Les draps de bain sont changés tous les jours. -

Arriving on a delayed flight into Melbourne via Sydney from Hawaii, we expected all sorts of problems upon arriving very late at the Somerset.
However, I must complement their staff, in particular Paul Dale, who were very helpful and understanding.
We have stayed at the Somerset on a number of occasions and I must say the staff, and in particular

i like there are lots of electric and home appliances, like microwave oven, washing machine, stove, etc. There are shops and supermarkets nearby thus cooking in the room is very convenient esp. my mother is a vegetarian. It also near the melbourne central, queen victoria markets. And many tourist points can be reach on foot. (If you don't mind to walk)

situation geographique parfaite pour un court sejour a Melbourne, le personnel est tres sympa et renseigne bien, les chambres sont spacieuses et assez bien equipees. -
J'ai apprécié la disponibilité du personnel, la situation en plein centre ville et donc proximité de plusieurs lieux d'intérêt. La piscine et le SPA sont superbes.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the River View room, and were delighted with the views.
The spectacular fireworks display on the Yarra river was a wonderful bonus.

Staff make or break any business and with that there is clean, hygienic - for me there is no compromise.

A group of friends had a great stay in a spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. An upgrade I could get used to!!
Found the location to be very central with leisurely walk to many attractions and trams.

This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds. We were also touched that the staff had given us a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival! -

Appartement tout équipé, spacieux toutefois nous aurions apprécié une SDB plus grande.
Personnel sympathique, nous avons pu nous arranger avec la réceptionniste à notre arrivée, elle nous a proposé un appartement avec vue sur la Yarra River, plutôt que la vue sur la ville avec les travaux à côté de l'hôtel.

audio, et cuisine bien équipée. Accueil et service impeccable.
Appréciable également le parking dans l'hôtel. Rapport qualité prix

Nous ne connaissions pas melbourne c'est une ville magnifique, les
gens sont d'une gentillesse c'est impressionnant. A l'hôtel
c'est pareil, nous sommes très bien accueillis, l'appartement
