The apartment was very big! We had lots of space.It felt like home. We loved having a separate laundry room in our apartment. The kitchen was great.I really wanted to cook and it had everything I needed. The swimming pool is very long - perfect for lap swimming. It is also super for kids. The beds were very comfortable. Compact, clean, one-bedroom apartment with all the amenities - dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee maker (pods provided). Excellent location so close to Manuka. Despite the fact that our apartment was around the corner from the main building, room service was available (although we didn't try it). Extras included abundant parking, and a lovely outside grassed area. The hotel also offers gym usage for a fee at Rydges just down the road.

First of all, the location is convenient, and close to some good local cafes for a lazy sunday brunch.The staff were super friendly, even mapping out for me the directions of how to get to my destination! Space in the room - Layout and facilities provided. The bed was comfortable, the staff were non-intrusive. We thought we had a really great time. We were pleased with so many restaurants and ate at a different place each night. Not an issue to come back after due to close proximity of them all.

Great location, close to Canberra main attractions (Old and New Parliament House; National Gallery; National Library; Lake Burley Griffin). Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious apartment. Quiet and comfortable. Homely feel. Very close to a precinct with good restaurants, bar, supermarket etc. Felt like a place one could stay for two weeks and have a real holiday!

Reception staff - very friendly at each encounter. I was welcomed with unsolicited suggestions and free maps - very nice touch you would normally only see in a small country town.

My wife fell and broke her arm 3 hours after we arrived; I was diagnosed with DVT 3 days later. We had to extend our stay by 3 days as doctopr would not allow me to drive home. Staff was very helpful indeed in finding another room for us for 3 days even though the hotel was heavily booked. Could not speak more highly of the staff. Also good to be able to have dinner brought to our room.

The staff were VERY accommodating and allowed a late checkout at no extra cost. This was very helpful as it saved the hassle of waking up early after a long drive from melbourne. We had a toddler so the extra hour sleep-in was appreciated!

All amenities were in good order. Undercover parking was a bonus especially give the weather was chilly.
Receptionist Jenny was very helpful with local knowledge.
That the apartment was serviced daily, even though we only stayed 2 nights, was much appreciated and unexpected.

I had a note on my file that I liked the apartment that we stayed in last time and would prefer it for future bookings. I was kindly rang by a staff member to let me know that room was not available as it was a two bedroom apartment I had booked a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and the view was spectacular!
We were so close to all the places we wanted to visit Parliment House, The War Memorial and Shopping in the City.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem.
I would recommend it to anyone looking for top accommodation in the city at a reasonable price.

The staff were exceptional. I had arrived in Canberra around 8am. I called into the Mantra at 10am asking if we could get an early check in. We had booked 2 rooms so I asked if we could be near each other. Not only did we get an early check of 12.30pm but also got a free upgrade with rooms side by side.

We liked this hotel a lot: very nicely furnished and equipped; friendly and helpful staff. We particularly appreciated that the room had crockery and cutlery and a decent table with two chairs, in addition to tea and coffee-making facilities. This made it very comfortable to have breakfast in the room with things we bought from a supermarket the day before. Excellent bathroom, too.

The apartment had everything you needed. It was close to the airport and
you could'nt hear the planes. The bathroom was very small but very
clean as was the kitchen. It was a very quiet complex. I would return
again and a nice touch with fresh fruit on the table. Beds were
comfortable overall good value for money.

The two bedroom apartment suited our family group of 3 adults and two children with the addition of a single bed. Easy access from the basement garage to the fourth floor to a well appointed and bright apartment - the king beds were divine. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you. -

Very good value for money, the unit was clean with good heating. Car parking was good. The facilities and Restaurant were good clan and good food. The swimming pool area looks nice, but not the weather to try it out.
The location to all the things you want to do and the CBD was excellant. -

The apartment was well appointed and serviced every day. The bus stop into the City was just around the corner running every half hour, the trip only taking 15-20 mins. We were there for business and pleasure. Very clean and quite spacious.
Loved the pool. Liked having a small balcony. The location is fantastic
- close to great restaurants and shops and the Bus Depot Markets. We
could walk down to the fireworks on Saturday night.We had a great time!

The service and the room amenities were so good we could not fault the room apart from the TV was not set correctly for the voice sync and the TV made everyone look fat. -

Excellent location, park your vehicle in the undercover car park and catch a bus at the terminal next door; Hyperdome shopping complex next door which also includes excellent dining. Very quiet complex with all facilities included in apartments. Would definitely recommend. -
