The facilities, the pool, the pub, the views.
The guy in reception was kind of rude, he shouldn't work there if he can't deal with people. The girl in reception was way more friendly.
Everything was perfect, staff, nightlife, facilities, I will definitely stay there again. Great hostel.
The only issue was the fridge space, there wasn't enough. Everyone's bags were mashed in making it very difficult.
Clean rooms, beautiful view of the city from rooftop bar (cheap drinks), friendly staff, bathrooms were very satisfactory despite being unisex
Thought it was kinda weird that they did room checks in the morning and opened the door while we were still in the room, even though we had been checked in for the next night as well. But other than that, everything was good (:

The kitchen is big and well equipted. The room is clean and the security is awesome, there are security camera everywhere in public area. There is a wifi room you can use wifi which is great. The staff is very nice and the view on the loof is good too.

Great location, just on the outskirts of the CBD. Staff were great in the backpackers and facilities were just what were needed.
Booking through the website here was the easiest thing ever compared to the endless phone calls i have done in the past for the same result the staff there were also fantastic !!

The location near the supermarket and cinema and restaurants. The roof terrace and lookout tower.
The wifi was slow as many people using it in the lounge at once. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen was big but so busy it was daunting to use with so many others.

It was great having a pool and bar onsite, liked the rooftop view.Bar has outdoor seating with a view.
Bar very noisy and cramped after ten when you are no longer allowed to sit outside. Bed cramped for those over 6 feet tall.
Staff were extremely unfriendly, lack of power outlets in the room, bed was rock hard.

The rooms. Poor facilities. No A/C for the summer and bad isolation for the winter time - I was freezing. Too much noise in the late hours. Even in the weekdays.
Very dissapointing, ensuite not cleaned and room stunk very strongly of bleach. No towels available not even a hand towel or paper towels to dry hands after toilet. Corridors smelt like stale alchol, pee and spew. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it either.
Never separate bathroom/ toilet for male and female. Do not have staircase for double decker bed. Need paid deposit to rent the tableware from reception. No really close to Roma Station.
