  Nous avons passé 5 nuits fabuleuses, personnel parfait, nous avions un grand chalet Triplex. On avait l'impression d'être chez nous avec service hôtelier. C'était parfait. Le buffet petit déj était très très bon surtout les viennoiseries.... - Everything.... Spectacular views!!! Expansive rooms which included: Enormous Jacuzzi with an amazing view, Aromatherapy & color-therapy steam room with shower. Dry sauna. Fireplace. Bar. Kitchen with built-in nook. Wonderful restaurant with the most phenomenal views from their sun-deck. Staff was truly genuinely friendly & professional. Avid traveller & I would vote charming at the TOP of my list for the # - I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help. The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional). The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it.

  Friendly, helpful staff. They helped 2 very tired Americans find a restaurant willing to serve them at 7 pm on a Sunday evening and helped us use the local bus for transportation. Room was great. Quiet, nice view, off the beaten path. Beach and lake were calming after long flights. - Fantastic staff! They are so nice.   Everything was amazing at Lirolay Suites. The staff were notably good, always there, happy to help with booking taxi's, bringing our keys out when needed etc. Really good. Breakfast was fantastic, best we had in s America. The room was just perfect with fantastic views, a balcony, hot tub, separate shower and toilet, heating, fridge, sink, tv/dvd ... ce que les gens disent » and free DVD's in reception. Also, a side note, the food and service at the restaurant opposite were superb. Don't bother with the Stag place down the - Amazingly helpful staff, incredible views, and big, comfortable room (we had one of the Lake Suites). The location was as good as you can expect in Bariloche...a few km outside of downtown, a short bus ride from some of the scenery, and 2 km from a great restaurant, Boliche de Alberto.

  We really enjoyed meeting owners Kitty and Horacio-as well as other guests at communal breakfast table. They made us excellent breakfasts - great coffee, beautifully arranged fresh fruit - and usually some other special pastry, tart, etc composed by H. And great bread made by Kitty. Enjoyed walking their property and road in back of it. Comfy bed and - What a special find for us. Well worth the dirt track half way up the eastern ridge to find this gem. Horatio and Kitty are marvelous hosts at this clean and comfortable B&B. Both are fluent in english and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. Location is an escape from the summer bustle of the town, and quite near some of the best hiking. The breakfasts are marvelous, and don't miss dinner at the Pique (ask Horatio to arrange)

  The rooms were very comfortable The breakfasts with homemade bread,jams,yoghurt were a delight. Adriana and Dirk were perfect hosts. The many little extras made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. Very highly recommended.
