  We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return again.   We were very pleased with our selection of hotel. When we arrived we had been upgraded from a Queen room to a Suite so were delighted. Having 2 bathrooms was a definite bonus. The suite was very clean. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent. Location was awesome. Right on Union Square and convenient to everything. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF.   I found the staff to be very accommodating. The atmosphere was inviting and chic. Our room was very comfortable. All in all I was very pleased - Stayed there a number of times, so they upgraded my room; easy checkout. Clients love the bar.

  close to union square - The staff was excellent, very friendly, and the parking was affordable. Clean room with a minibar. A great choice for a cheap hotel in San Francisco if you're not expecting any luxury amenities...just a good, clean, basic hotel room! Decent neighborhood too :)
