  We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet.   We found every employee at the resort to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The area of Ko Olina was perfect for us. Golf, restaurants and beach activities all within walking distance or a free shuttle ride away.   The staff was by far the best I have encountered my for years living here. Professional, dedicated, polite, they felt like a family and they made me and my girlfriend feel very welcome and connected. The room was perfect, the bag handler even showed us a private tour of our room and how to use many of its features.   We only stayed one night but what a night it was, a memory to last a lifetime . Halekulani was indeed a tranquil oasis in the midst of the Waikiki bustle. Service was excellent - very friendly, polite and attentive (and continued this way after my stay when I left my sunglasses behind).
