Staff were very professional and provided good service. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away.
Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because
we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so
we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so
we could use the balcony and watch the ocean. She let us go and look at

Everything was amazing. Housekeeping was good! There was a pool (indoor and outside) a hot tub, a lazy river a bar, and it's right on the beach. Perfect stay. This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

I liked the the fact that it was budget friendly, yet it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. Our room was always cleaned promptly, and was done neatly. The food was good. Lots of pool space, and access to the beach. We are bikers and they allowed us to take our bikes up to our rooms, where we could put them out in the balcony.
