So I was not expecting a 100% improvement in hotel stays in that area.   I'm reluctant to tell about my experience because I've been to Lawrence before (ku sports) and have had trouble finding a great value in Lawrence. So for the price, I was surprised that the room was a decent size, plus it had a mini fridge, nice flat screen TV with full cable, free Internet access and the usual extras like...iron and ironing board, blow dryer and many toiletries. Also many stores in walking distance and as a bonus, a really good Sushi/Habachi restaurant.
