  We were upgraded to a cabin. Very basic but clean and comfortable. The motel is set back from the road so it was quiet. Very handy to the Kittery Outlets. - The room was clean The couple who run the place were very nice and friendly The area was quiet if you're looking for a good night sleep

It is new and very clean. i stayed in a suite and was very surprised to find it has a kitchen complete with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop. It was perfect for hosting a group of friends for cocktails and appetizers.

  The room was clean. There were plenty of towels and the towels were soft, not scratchy like some hotels. We had a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They had a continental breakfast that ran from 6am to 10am. A pool was available at the hotel nearby if needed. - It was amazing.   The Port Inn was comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff. It is slightly outside the busy, touristy downtown area and we felt this was a plus. The hotel was full, but it was very quiet. Convenient location, just a few minute drive to downtown Portsmouth, about an hour to Boston. Great value for the price. This was our second visit and we'll be back.

  A shuttle service, driven by jim, was a wonderful addition. We did not know the area, and it was a great service to us. Jim and George on the desk was very friendly. - The free shuttle bus to downtown Portsmouth in the evening was awesome - great service! It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the a.m., not just a continental one.
