  Staff's are excellent and very kind to us. Location is good for shopping. Room size is more than enough (I used one bed room type), WiFi is available in room.   everythings are brand new, very clean and comfortable - The apartment is close to the Mall of Emirates and Palm Jumeirah. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and cosy. Apartment is in quiet location but need a good direction to get there. We enjoyed our stay there.

  Perfect Location 3 min from Emirates Mall and 10 min from metro station.   very good staff and service. i came in the early morning and i thought i have to wait for long time to get the room. since there were an early check out,without charging me they gave me an early check in.such a lovely staff.always smiling.good rooms and NO NOISE of construction.i had a very nice time from the concierge.they send me the safari and i... mitä ihmiset sanovat » t was wonderful.family really enjoyed.superb hotel - friendly staff and service.even though it was busy they handled me very well. i had express check in. all staff with smile always. big room and everything is there in the kitchen. also all room has balcony. iam very happy and i will go to this hotel back. i like to inform all the guest that please go to this hotel and stay. lovely service.clean room,clean lobby. all perfect.no noise of constructn - proper hotel in best location.mall of emirate and dubai mall is very near. i went to global village. very near.best place for shopping. i will come back on Dubai shopping festival.very nice room and service.keep it up guys. and i will really recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. even rate was very good. to get like this rate in high season is very difficult. but STAR METRO did it.

  Great value for money and very well appointed - a better standard than we 'feared' it would be but as we were working to a tight budget price and location were the key reasons for choosing it. - The staff, especially the reception guy, very welcoming.
