  For the price I paid, it was a great deal. People have complainedabout the buffet breakfast, but it was more than adequate. Staff werelovely, and the facilities were great. Free entry to the hot springswas an added bonus. Overall, very pleased.   Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests. Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels. I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort. A special mention for Sheila who was great with kids and went around asking parents to send their kids to the club for painting & drawing activities and face painting as well. We were right between the pool & the kids play area. The room was well kept and exceeded our expectations. A lovely res - I found the hotel to be great value for money. Our check-in only took mere minutes and we were shown to our room. The room was clean and tidy. Mini fridge however is empty (i prefer it that way) but for those that prefer the fridge to be filled need to notify the hotel on booking. The beach is a walking distance and even in the heat of summer, not to bad for a walk. There are however carts that can drop you off from reception to the beach. We tried breakfast at both restaurants and consider it
