  Very well situated, easy to find. Stafff were very pleasent and helpful. The beds in the twin room were very comfortable. The Bumble Bee pub next door was very convient and excellent food. - friendly staff and on noticing my wife has walking limitations they relocated us to the ground floor. Also the pub /restaurant next door very good.

  If you stay on a Saturday night then make sure you have the steak meal we did and was absolutely enjoyable. Staff are extremely helpful, we had a great weekend when we stayed & even booked an additional night. Don't go on the poor reviews as this place is value for money & yes we would stay again... We were amused that the very plain looking shower control delivered an immediate perfect temperature shower, with absolutely no fuss or bother! Unpretentious but had character and was clean. We

  The staff were exceptionally friendly and the welcome was warm and sincere. The lounge/lobby/bar area was comfortable and had free wi-fi access. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant where we also enjoyed a hearty breakfast the next morning. The hotel was pet-friendly at no extra charge. The hotel obviously caters more for mid-week business clientèle as it was pretty quiet on Friday night. - We were using Metro Inns as a stop off on the way to Bristol. The Continental Breakfast was more than enough for two and very good quality. The Staff we came intio contact with were pleasant and helpful
