The Baltic Centre, the Tyne Bridge and the eye-catching Sage Gateshead are also within easy walking distance. Newcastle Central station is a 15-minute walk away, while Newcastle Airport is 7.5 miles from Staybridge Suites Newcastle.

This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people! Suites are very comfortable and I could easily live there! Breakfast is excellent and has plenty of full english and continental breakfast options. Great stay once again,.
kaikki arvostelut » Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there. Everything was clean, quiet and lovely, we paid £243 for a two night stay and you get what you pay for, there was everything you needed in the suite and more, bed was very comfy shower was great cant fault the suite at all,location just 10min walk to quayside and tyne bridge, with plenty of bars and places to eat.would definatly stay again :). excellant service from staff.very clean and comfotable. on a lighter note, we thought the clock in our room altering by itself when the clocks went forward was awsome! lovely having a hotel car park. Couldn't fault staybridge suites at all, staff very helpful, the suite was very comfortable and modern everything you needed was there, a home from home, and had a very good selection at breakfast. Extremely comfortable stay, immaculate rooms with everything needed but best of all the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will most definitely stay again. We were upgraded to a 1bedroomed apartment which I would recommend to anyone . Staff were lovely, location was perfect and apartment was spotless . Will be using these again . Rooms are excellent , good set up ,beds very comfortable .Friendly and helpful staff.The building is very clean and fresh. Was a very nice room and spacious with everything we needed, breakfast was also very good would definitely stay again. Breakfast was very limited, my partner only had ceral both the days we were there because there was nothing else he liked, as we were expecting a full breakfast, not ceral and bagels. It would not put me off going again though :). we cant think of anything. Nothing I didn't like. No negatives, we loved our stay. sofa bed in living room was rather uncomfortable for our son. The old chestnut of having to pay for parking . not enough towels ... no place to put anything like shampoo etc when you are in the shower. Not even a soap dish so everything is sliding around the floor of the shower. And the bathroom could use some more hooks.. It only had one. TV was very limited selection. Breakfast quality could be improved. Room cleaning at weekends was not available without 24 hours notice. nothing. Dirty cutlery! (Picky I no but on the knife block there was what seemed to be a pube!). car parking should be free,but still reasonably priced. Nothing. Thought it was a little bit expensive. Otherwise no issues. Would use again. Not being able to open a window!. Nothing. Location difficult to find. Pay for parking. A pool would have been the icing on the cake - I know I'm being cheeky! %). would have been nice to be closer to town but not really a problem. only a small thing no bacon at breakfast. no negatives. Paying for parking on top of the room price Downstairs coffee machines weren't working in the evening or for breakfast Limited to 2 people in the room, which could have had sofa bed for a teenager to share?. Nothing. difficult to find. Nothing. no bath. No bath. Nothing. Nothing. Whilst fairly close to bars and restaurants near the river it was a long to the walk to the City centre. The guy with a North American accent in charge at night was most obnoxious and in urgent need of some custom service training. Have stayed at hotels in many places especially on business and never in my experience have I been treated so badly. Only one chair in the kitchen area, so cannot have 2 people eating at the table. Breakfast coffee wasn't as strong as I like it - but everything else at breakfast was good. The fact that our shower did not work, or rather it did but the water did not flow away and so we could not use it. Over a hundred pounds for us to stay for one night when we could not have a proper wash was very poor. I explained this to the receptionist just before we checked out and she said that her manager would contact me the following day - it is now Wednesday and I have not heard from anyone. This is really bad service.
