The hotel is within shouting distance of several different restaurant food outlets and the sghopping centre! however it still felt seccluded within that. T

This hotel has no frills but provides excellent basic accommodation in a
modern, clean, well designed building. Staff were extremely pleasant and

I stayed here for one night when I went to Leeds to explore the city.
It's in a great location! Takes just a few minutes to walk to the
city centre and the main bus station. Its a nice hotel and a great value
for money. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and very
comfortable, very good air conditioning which is handy in the winter
cold, and there is a good selection of tv channels. The showers are
fantastic. Overall just a great hotel, highly recommended.
