  Everything! The staff were happy, friendly and attentive, the bedroom was clean and comfortable, whilst retaining it's historic features, beams, sash windows, sloping floors etc, we loved it! We used to live in Hertford in the 1960s and we have happy associations with the Salisbury, so it was a pleasure to actually stay there. Thank-you. - I loved the beautiful Historic building, the restaurant was lovely, the food is amazing, the back bar is relaxing and full of period charm, the breakfast was great, my room was to a very high standard with a very comfortable bed. The staff were also welcoming and helpful. This is a great hotel with lovely features.

  At 60 pound a night this hotel was excellent value. The rooms are modern, well designed and clean. The staff were very polite and attentive. We had a nice nights stay and a relaxed morning. It has a very central location in Hertford and was perfect for accessing the amenities of the town. I would stay again and would recommend it to other people. ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » We also had breakfast in the bar below in the morning, this was very reasonably priced and the Full English breakfast was excellent. - Once again the staff and management is very accommodating and extremely professional, we check in late at night and they had everything ready for us. Also a big plus is the amazing club down stair did not mind the music at all. Best kept secret in Hertford - Everything was wonderful! the room was lovely, so much more than I thought it would be. The cost was so low given the great location. As for the breakfast, it looked too good to eat and tasted even better. Staff were lovely. I would 1000% stay there again.

  Good location rigt next to Hertford Castle and witthin walking distance of both railway stations in the town. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Spacious and clean room, although it was in the loft and up 3 flights of narrow stairs, so it probably wouldn't be suitable for those with limited mobility. The owner, Morris, is friendly and welcoming and you can see he has a passion for ensuring that all his guests feel at home. Our room was modern and clean with a great shower and breakfast was lovely too. We will definately be back!

  what's not like. Rachel made me feel so welcome throughout my stay and nothing was to much trouble. Location was ideal for me being a few minutes from the town centre but quiet as a consequence so sleep came easy. The facilities of Mulberry house include access to the kitchen so for those who prefer to eat in don't have to settle for a sandwich.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » WiFi signal was strong, bathroom was wonderful - overall I was as comfortable as I could be whilst away from home. - Rachel and her husband are a charming couple who provide a first class b+b experience. I arranged the stay at mulberry house for my partner's birthday and Rachel and her hubby went out of their way to make our weekend break a perfect one. We shall be back next year! Mulberry house is beautiful and the luxury room we stayed in was exquisite. If you want to experience something special book a room at mulberry house. You won't be disappointed! Thanks Rachel :)

  Value for money, I booked it late on the day because of a client location and it proved to be superb, I arrived late at night went straight in ordered a meal and was set for the night.
