  Very friendly, and helpful, nothing was too much! Food excellent. Also met up with some lovely people staying there at the time. - bang on lovely hotel, love the crazy eye thing and the carpet.

  The room was comfortable and although the booking was initially wrong as only a double bed had been prepared when the booking was for a family the receptionist was quick to rectify the problem. The restaurant attached was good for a family with very swift service even during a busy friday night rush. Our visit to harwich was for a friends birthday in little Oakley. This was our first experience in a premier inn as was unable to book into the pier as fully booked. The experience was faultless.
