The hotel was excellent, easy access to the Grangemouth site about 6 miles. the young staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. I liked the fact the hotel had a park situated opposite. I was able to take my two one year olds there to play whilst we waited for my husband to finish work. We later enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant, followed by a few driks in the bar area. Staff were supportive whilst we pushed our boys in their pram to get them off to sleep. The cleaning staff and breakfast waiting staff were lovely.kaikki arvostelut »
availability of all Sky Sports channels on room TV. Central Location. Friendly and helpful staff.Good food. Very nice meal in restaurant. centrally situated, warm. I did not like the menu for the evening meal in your restaurant, not much of a choice like other hotels I have stayed at. Also I was very disappointed that I was woken up on two occassions on the second night of my stay due to the noise of other guests (drunk, loud and fighting). This was reported to the night porter at the time.limited choice of breakfast. It was either full Scottish or nothing.I was offered kipper "s" as an alternative and was disappointed to find one tiny kipper on the plate when delivered.Why not have smoked haddock and poached eggs ? I also asked that my toast be provided after eating the main breakfast as I like to eat it hot but this request was ignored. they did not have confirmation of our booking, The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, there was no hot water in the morning, reception had forgotten to order our newspaper. dinner was over booked did not get any my room was dirty my bath was disgustin douid not use it .
