  The location was perfect for us and the accommodation was luxurious. Simon is a great host and his personal touch made this a memorable stay. - Excellent location, perfectly placed to enjoy the South Downs. Very friendly host.

  We booked this at the very last minute and we are so glad we did. The location is perfect, so quiet and relaxing. All the staff are delightful, the pub itself is beautifully decorated, the food in the restaurant is to die for, if they have it on the menu, try the roe buck, mouth wateringly delicious. The waiting staff were very knowledgeable and... mitä ihmiset sanovat » informative should you want to ask any questions. The wine menu is amazing, a few very expensive choices but then mixed in with more affordable wine - Had a great stay here. It was good value for money, enjoyed our meal and so on. A couple of tiny niggles - no slippers to go outside to the hot tub (which was fabulous), the tap to the sink was wobbly, the room was rather too hot for me and as it had underfloor heating and there was no wind it was almost impossible to cool it down enough to sleep, but overall have to say well done to all the staff etc they were really great and overall give it a 9/10. We will be back.
