The space and comfort was excellent. The quiet environment was pleasing considering you were close to the centre of Birmingham. It was close enough to lots of local ammenities, bars and restaurants, yet far enough away not to be bothered by them. I had to visit Birmingham recently and booked Gables Nest at very short notice. The price was excellent, the room was spotless, the breakfast was top notch, easy access to the city and most of all, the welcome from the owner, Mal was so friendly. All we wanted was a bed and breakfast for one night we got that and more the lady who met us was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful she accommodated both our motorbikes without an issue and served a beautiful breakfast Gables Nest comes with the highest of recommendations and is perfectly placed for the NEC

Absolutely fantastic accomadation, loads of room in our two bedroom apartment no.58 we were both extremely happy with the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the accomadation. Would highly recommend and have already told all my friends about it and will be returning to stay city apartment in the future ideal location for shopping in the bullring

The real question is what didnt i like? There was absolutly nothing i could say the hotel lacked. It was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. - Easy to find and access. Very clean and comfortable. Very central for a night out.

Rauhallinen hotelli lähellä konferenssia johon osallistuin ja keskustan tuntumassa - I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too.

The hotel provides the traveller with good value accommodation and facilities without sacrificing quality of service or care. - Brilliant value for money. Staff were helpful in directing to me the hotel when I got lost. Now that I know where it is, it is very conveniently located for my work. The room was very comfortable and it was so peaceful I had an excellent night's sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. Will definately stay there again.

The staff couldn't help you enough,. Hand on heart the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. I stayed in the queens room, which I got on letsbookhotel.com at a cheap rate ( just like the ad, ha ha but true) . With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.
