The hotel was nice and quiet. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. However the hotel itself looks a little bit like from the 80s. The day of our arrival they redecorated our appartment room and brought new and comfortable sofas. Fantastic value for money. Extremely friendly staff. Very spacious (one bedroom apt). Very good for the price. price.

Not recommended for people travelling by means of transportation, as the hotel is situated more than 1 km far from city center and beaches are not accessible on foot. There are plenty parking places on the road in front of the hotel.The room and the bed were very confortable and the sheets were clean. We stayed at back rooms so there was no noice at all. Generally, the hotel is good for those who want only basics (tv, refrigerator. This was the cheapest option we could find in Cesme, and for the money, I'd say it's worth it. It is about a 10 min. walk from the water, and the bus conveniently picks up right across the street if you want to go to Alacati or Ilica. location and big enough apart rooms are very good... Price. each room had AC and was clean... This appart hotel is the cheapest in Cesme. If you don't want to spend lots of money for a hotel, this is not the worst variant. It has a bedroom, a kitchen, a small balcony and a toilet. In a kitchen there is an electric cooker and all necessary facilities. The bathroom's door had a problem and opened very hardly. The air condition was broken and we woke up because of the water leaking on us. When I reported this to the hotel they said it was normal because we set the temperature too low! So expect to get soaked, the staff said it was normal!!!. could have ben nearer beach. The bathroom was not quite clean, we had to clean it before use. Everything inside is old: but a renovation means higher prices ;). The beds were very hard, and the shower was less than ideal- the curtain was flimsy and didn't come all the way to the ground, so water got all over the bathroom. Also, we had to hold the shower head because it wouldn't stay up. second day our room has not been cleaned...we asked the receptionist man to make the room cleaned for the third day...he said he will do it.. But when we came late in the night it was not cleaned....forth day it was cleaned after i made a discussion with the receptionist..... Uncomfortable bed. Noise coming from the main road. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Needed a taxi to find it from the main port, A bit out of town a long walk downhill to the main port, but it was an OK walk tor the bus station next morning. washroom was ill maintained and v small.....REALLY BAD all furniture was scratched and old.....this place can be more better with only small hard work though exterior of hotel was really better. There are lots of disadvantages as in all cheap hotels. First of all - it was written in booking that a room consists of a bedroom and a sitting room. It was not a sitting room there!! I think that a reception gave us a standard room for 3 persons instead of an appart room! Then in the kitchen there were lots of ants. The pan was burnt out so it was difficult to fry anything. The hotel is far from a beach. Approx 30 min by walk.
