Everything about that hotel is great. If I were to rate it, it must be a 7 stars hotel, one of the best around the world. The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly and proffessional. The room division manager is very helpful if you have a complaint and is excellent in customer service. The rooms are very clean and brand new. Location

Apart from the excellent and friendly service provided by the Hotel staff at every level, we liked the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and the location of the Hotel, particularly its proximity to Florence Nightingale Hospital, which was the main reason of our travel to Istanbul from Ankara. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

The staff is extraordinary , very warm and welcoming and very efficient the breakfast is very rich and the view from the room is wonderful. You are in an area where you can hop on a taxi or Dolmus( collective taxi)immediately , you are just 5 minutes away from the boats that take you to the other side of the Bosphorus. Friendly staff members who understand and speak the English language fluently.
Good service, the room (with own bathroom) was just like a normal hotel room but quite a lot cheaper.
Good ferry connections for 1.95 tl (€ 0,80) one way tickets (with an Istanbulkart)
Easy to reach from the Asian airport (Sabiha Göçen), which is used by budget airlines, with havatas or e10 bus to Kadiköy.
We really felt at home here, the other guest were from all over the world and everyone was welcome here.

Everithing was unexpectably excellent. Especially cleaniness of the rooms was extremely perfect. I was better than 5* hotels. - Very friendly staff, who couldnt do enough for you. The hotel deserves more than 3 stars, Very modern. The maids were fantastic, and i loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom.
