I love the location, very near to BTS and King Power Shopping Complex. Although in the middle of Bangkok, it is a peaceful area. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with two rooms. Surprisingly, only few staff that handle everything. A very pleasant stay.
Large space for 4 people, perfect for the first days of our stay in
Thailand, getting used to weather and jetlag. Perfect pool to freshen
up. Rather old accomodation, but does the job. Shopping mall nearby,

The staff was very very good especially Mrs Than she helped us a lot & gave us a useful info to go around the city. she did her best to ease our stay in & out side the room.

2-one of the stuff is very nice. This is a great place at an excellent location with 5 minute access to the BTS. The stay was easy, and it is hard to beat the One-bedroom, 4 room apartment we stayed in for the price. If you want someplace to stay with an apartment feel, this is it!. great location,large appartmentand very helpful administrative staff.

1-AC in one of the bed room doesn't work too well. Cann't keep the room cool enough for good nite sleep.
2-found dead bug in the room
3-one of the toilet has problem. It won't flush 4 sheets of toilet paper.Hard to find at night- no lit signs, and it is small enough that not everyone knows where it is. Trust the map- the entrance is right on a corner next to a traditional massage shop. Also, pay attention to the booking info- they accept only cash. small things like toaster not available,not even knives in kitchen,such little things but important when booking a 'self contained' appartment.
Room and Facility a little bit old. Hotel very difficult to find, even by local taxi drivers. No reception/lobby, spoke on mobile phone to book in. Almost no contact with any staff. No lift, 6 flights of stairs to reach my room. No double bed, two singles pushed together. room shabby, in need of redecoration. Air conditioning difficult to to opperate with remote control, no instructions. Far too expensive for what you get, should be no more than about 800 baht per night (not 1,700. baht). * how to open doors
