The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.   It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It's proximity to the La Praille mall proved to be an advantage because i didn't have to go very far to find a variety of restaurants. The public transport links into central Geneva were very good, you can catch a bus just outside the hotel.
