  The friendly helpful couple who owned the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, providing scales to weigh our luggage, milk for morning tea before a very early departure and a good fairly plain dinner (inspite of a big football match on the tv!) We liked the atmosphere and decor, which was very imaginative, lovely rustic furniture, loads of flowers... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and plants - the lady of the house was very artistic. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but don't be deceived, inside is lovely. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location: it's close (some 10km) from downtown Santa Cruz with a good and easy road to go to and from and yet, you're in the countryside (very quiet) +, since it's relatively high altitude, it's likely you will be above the clouds in the winter... Although it's far from the Teide volcano as the crow flies, the road to the Park is pretty straight, it might take less time to drive to the Park from Las Cañadas than from a location at the coast!

  This is complex is ideal with young children as they have apartments that are furnished to allow you to make your own meals and also relax indoors if its too hot outside. Its basic when it comes to room facilities (no tv) however most people have tablets & laptops so very minor. Hotel staff and a great friendly ex pat community too so never away from hel - We had seen the apartment block before and knew there was no pool and knew the apartments where very clean but basic. So we were very happy with it.Staff were all so friendly and great to have a brill Bar on site and great staff there as well. Location is great lovely walk along the beach. would stay again. And hear the pool will be re opened early next year

  The interior gave you a very warm feeling of days gone by, with so much to take in. Curiosities in every corner, beautiful plants, oh such comfortable beds, Pool area very private and so warm, hard to beat this Hotel. Would love to live here.
