  All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet.   Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   Porto Novo apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. They are great value for money, basic but very clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant lady. José on Reception was very helpful and always available.   I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out at 3.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » 30 in the night because of our flight and they prepeared us two take away picknick baskets for the breakfast, nice service. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.
